What Our Clients Had to Say About Working With The Brian Kondo Real Estate Team | Mrs. Mazzone




For those of you who know me personally, or who are a past client, you probably know that I’ve played sports my whole life – I’ve been an avid runner (I ran cross-country in high school) and have played competitive hockey and baseball since I was in grade school.



The beauty of sports is the camaraderie and friends you meet along the way.  I try not to talk about my real estate career when I’m with my baseball or hockey buddies unless I’m asked.  I think the last thing people want is for a teammate to walk into the dressing room and just talk real estate all the time.  However, like I say above, when asked, I’ll answer any questions people have for me and provide my insights into the current market, etc.



Anyway, Tony, one of my baseball teammates, asked me to sell his mother’s home in Scarborough and they must have been happy with the result because shortly after, Tony referred me to one of his friends to help sell his mom’s home.



Mrs. Mazzzone’s son Mauro was a good friend of Tony.  Shortly after I met with Mauro, Mrs. Mazzone and the rest of the family, we listed the home in a very slow market and sold it for 98% of the asking price in just 8 days!



I’ve said this before, but one of the most fulfilling things that can happen to a real estate agent is providing such outstanding service that your client refers you to someone they know.  That just means they’re confident you won’t embarrass them for putting their neck on the line and referring you to their friend or acquaintance.  

 

In this case, not only did Tony refer me to Mauro, but Mauro promised to do the same thing, as you can see below.
